Rathskellar, a group of five extremely talented dancers and performers, was conceived by its creator, Jonathan Hall Kovacs, who parlayed his lifelong love of music and ASL into an astonishing group display of ASL poetry, storytelling, pantomime, comedy, handshape stories, folklore, and lively dancing set to a pulsating music. It also reveals the heart of American Sign Language Culture with each breathtaking movement.

Its sponsor, Communication Access Center, established in 1965, is a non-profit organization for the deaf and hard of hearing situated in Flint, Michigan, and is one the first of its kind in the United States. Its primary mission is to help bridge any cultural, communication, and service gaps for the deaf and hard of hearing community.

One of its services is XVRS, an exciting, brand-new Video Relay Service brand, which promises prompt, effective, friendly, and professional Video Relay interpreting. It can be added to any Video Phone’s Speed Dial List using its address at XVRS.TV.
